We highly encourage you to submit online to the Review online. This helps us:

  • reduce scanning errors
  • preserve your intended formatting
  • contribute to global sustainability

If you would rather not submit online, please bring your piece to office #16 in the Benson Memorial Center (downstairs). If nobody is in the office, you may slip your piece under the door. Alternatively, you may mail your submission to:

Please observe the following guidelines when submitting your art:

  • All mediums are accepted.

Please observe the following guidelines when submitting your printed text:

  • Single sided printing
  • Unbound (a staple in the corner is best)
  • Rectangular, white paper (standard 8.5" x 11" letter is best)
  • As clean of a print as possible (e.g. not photo copied 3 times with teacher's marks)
  • Numbered Pages
  • Font
    • Color: black
    • Face: plain serif type face; nothing fancy
    • Size: 14pt preferred, no smaller than 12pt
    • Acceptable formatting: bold, italics, underline, superscript, subscript, and unique spacing or justification
    • Unacceptable formatting: shadows, leading monogram, multiple font faces or sizes, etc.
    • Spacing: double spaced (does not apply to poetry: submit as you would like it printed)
    • Justification: left justified, not full justified (does not apply to poetry: submit as you would like it printed)

    Required Information

    All entries must include:

    • Name
    • Address
    • Phone Number
    • E-mail Address
    • Title of the Work
    • Date of the Works Completion
    • Dimensions of the Piece (in inches)
    • Medium of the Work
    • Cover letter (required for written entries only)

    Returning Submissions

    • No manuscripts or artwork can be returned unless accompanied by a self-addressed, stamped envelope.
    • Manuscripts under consideration will be kept at least four weeks.
